    Sony Xperia Hard Reset Procedure

Method #1:

    Drag down the status bar and tap the settings icon.
    Select Backup & reset.
    Choose Factory data reset.
    Tap reset phone.
    If you’re sure you wish to continue, select Erase everything.


Method #2:

    Connect your device to your computer via USB.
    Download and run Sony PC Companion.
    Go to “Support”.
    Select “Software update” and “Start”.
    Follow the steps and select the “Factory Reset” option.
